To mark Earth Day 2026, we turned our office into a celebration of sustainability, care, and community. Instead of just talking about the planet, we decided to honor the people who help us nurture it every single day.

Our team gathered for a morning of green inspiration, friendly competition, and shared purpose. We hosted an office plant care challenge, celebrating those who’ve turned their workspaces into thriving little ecosystems. The energy was contagious as colleagues traded watering tips, admired lush desk jungles, and reflected on how small routines add up to real impact.

The highlight? Our award ceremony. We recognized four Green Champions for their consistent plant care, and crowned one very special colleague with our very first “Plant Superhero” award—for going above and beyond to look after everyone’s greenery, not just their own. (Yes, there were prizes, plenty of laughs, and a healthy dose of office pride!)

But beyond the photos and certificates, the day was about something bigger: reminding ourselves that sustainability isn’t a grand gesture. It’s daily. It’s showing up. It’s choosing reusables, reducing waste, nurturing a leaf, and encouraging a teammate to join the movement. When we care for our environment, we care for each other.
